My surface stopped recognizing external monitors, other USB connected devices like keyboard and mouse work, but the monitors which work for other devices are no longer recognized. I tried re-installing the driver, and rolling back my display adaptor, neither worked.

Thanks for emailing us too and for sending us the PlugDebug logs, as we discussed by email it looks like your docking station has failed and we’ll be sending a replacement dock. I’ll update the post here with the final resolution once we’ve verified that the issue is resolved.
Thanks but the new docking stations has the same issues as the old, it will recognize other USB devices, but not external monitors, please advise.
