One HDMI monitor randomly turns off and on

Hello Mark,

Since you have a different docking product than that of the original thread, I have created a new thread in the appropriate category.

Generally speaking, we’ve had good luck with most of the Dell XPS 13 models with this docking station. I’ll be happy to assist you with this issue.

Your dock (based on your description it sounds like you have the UD-ULTC4K model) has one HDMI and two DisplayPorts, what monitor is randomly turning on and off, just the HDMI, or is it a combination of ports giving you the problem?
