I submitted a ticket with plugable already, but I am seeing other posts with the same issue. I was wondering if this is a known issue or not.
The system worked great for the first 2 weeks, but after I upgraded my pc to Windows 10. I am starting to get the same error message as:

I am using the dock station and switch (similar to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pwfAAn9e1jE).
This is not just happening in 1 of my laptop, but it is also happening in my home laptop, and desktop (all with Windows 10)
