Ethernet issues with UD-ULTCDL and Dell XPS 9560

Hi there – I have a Dell XPS 9560 running Windows 10, connected to a UD-ULTCDL with a monitor, mouse/keyboard, usb audio device, and ethernet. Most nights I disconnect the dock and sleep the laptop.

When I turn the laptop back on in the morning and plug it into the doc, I end up on wifi. If I restart the dock, the ethernet connection works, but it doesn’t work when I start everything up.

Any ideas? More info I can provide to help debug this? Thanks!
