Connection to screens keeps dropping & cutting off


I’m using the UD-ULTC4K Docking station with the following setup:

  • Lenovo X1 Carbon 5th Gen - Skylake (Type 20K4, 20K3) Laptop (ThinkPad) - Type 20K3
  • Two Dell Screens P2217H ( which has straight Display Port cable going into both Display Port sockets.
  • LAN Connection \ Wired Keyboard and Mouse \ Power supply cable
  • USB-C cabling running into the Lenovo laptop from the dock supplying charge and connection to screens
  • Windows 10 O/S

The screens blink and lose connection between 5 - 20 times a day. We are running the latest software from your website which is - Display Links Graphic Driver 8.6.1294.0

Could you please advise how we can troubleshoot this issue or recommend a solution to this issue?
