I have a Macbook Pro running Mojave with dual hdmi set up. I downloaded the latest drivers last week. I’ve tried different monitors/cables still the same result. I don’t have another usb-c computer to test on. Unplugging and re-plugging the dock brings the monitor back.
Has anybody had a successful resolution to this? I really don’t like powering down the hub to bring the monitor back. Do I need to handle the dual monitors with a different usb-c adapter?

Since you’ve already tried resetting the dock let’s get a closer look at the system and attached dock. We have a troubleshooting tool that helps us find out what is going on in situations like this.
