I have a Macbook Pro running Mojave with dual hdmi set up. I downloaded the latest drivers last week. I’ve tried different monitors/cables still the same result. I don’t have another usb-c computer to test on. Unplugging and re-plugging the dock brings the monitor back.
Has anybody had a successful resolution to this? I really don’t like powering down the hub to bring the monitor back. Do I need to handle the dual monitors with a different usb-c adapter?

Since you’ve already tried resetting the dock let’s get a closer look at the system and attached dock. We have a troubleshooting tool that helps us find out what is going on in situations like this. Please plug the dock with your devices attached into your computer, then go to this page and follow the instructions there:
