Xbox one wireless controller connection dropping

Plugable USB Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy Micro Adapter
xbox one wireless controller dropping connection and then having to re-pair the device. Then it will just drop again randomly. Using windows 10 default drivers. Have also tried to install the ones that came with the disc. Problem still continues

Thank you for posting about your Bluetooth adapter. I’m sorry for the connection problems. Generally when we see intermittent connection issues with the Xbox One S, it is because there is radio interference in the area around the adapter, often from a desktop computer.

Could you answer a couple of questions?

  1. Is the adapter plugged into a desktop computer?
  2. Is the adapter plugged into a USB 2.0 port (usually white or black tab inside) or a USB 3.0 port (usually a blue tab inside)?
