I’ve got a UD3900 USB 3.0 dual display docking station. The max resolution it is offering me for my two external monitors is now 1920x1080, even though the monitors support higher resolutions (and I was getting them with my old dell docking station). How do we get the docking station and OS (windows 8.1) to recognize that I should be offerred a higher resolution? This is through both the DVI and HDMI outputs…

What kind of monitors are you trying to use and what are their resolution?
Could you please provide the logs produced by our tool Plugdebug, you can find it here and then send them to me at support@plugable.com.

Once we have those logs, we’ll start trying to figure out what exactly is going on with your setup.
