Wrong Product

Ordered a Symba 7 Port USB 3.0/2.0 from you via Amazon and received a Plugable 7 port High Performance HUB in the mail. What gives?

We (Plugable Technologies) don’t sell Symba hubs, only our own Plugable brand.

Thanks for posting here! We are Plugable Technologies and we manufacture the Plugable 7 Port USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Hub. We do not manufacture or sell the Symba 7 Port Hub and are not related to the product in any way.

We use Amazon Fulfillment Services, which means we warehouse and sell through the Amazon Marketplace and it is Amazon who handles all the shipping.

The most probable reason you got our product instead of the one you ordered might be a mix up at the Amazon warehouse.

They require the customer to contact them directly regarding issues like this. If you can contact Amazon via https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contac… with the details of this order, they would be able to resolve this issue.
