Won't establish connection

Getting the error message “Windows stopped this device because it has problems” code 43 when plugging in the 2.0 cables. Just get this error on one end (the new computer-both Win 10)

If you haven’t done so already, I would recommend restarting your computer, plugging the cable into different USB ports, and also try swapping the cable ends around to see if that gets it recognized properly.
