Wireless internet access with the docking station

I only have wireless internet access in the room with the docking station. Will I be able to access the internet when using the docking station

Thanks for posting your question here! Although Plugable Docking Stations do not provide wireless connectivity, you can continue to access Internet through the inbuilt wireless adapter on the laptop, even when the laptop is connected to the docking station.

If the laptop that is connected to the docking station does not have an inbuilt wireless adapter, then the docking station will not enable Internet connectivity through WiFi since it does not support this feature.

Thanks for the quick response. My laptop does have wi-fi so I can continue to use the laptop for internet connection.
