Package insert says to download and install Microsoft’s updated cable drivers prior to attaching cable to either computer. It says these are available on your website. I cannot find them. Can you help?
We worked with Cat via email to resolve this issue. Posting the information below as it may prove useful for others.
An email was sent to the email address associated with the Amazon account after the purchase of the cable. It includes download links and license key for the Bravura Easy Computer Sync software (which will be needed as Microsoft removed the “Windows Easy Transfer” software with Windows 8.1).
