Hello I have a Windows 10 Installed as Dual but on a Mac Book Pro 15" 2017 model. All seems to work but I dont get a signal from 4k HDMI. Only 2k works. any idea what is wrong ?

Thanks for contacting Plugable support. Sorry to hear about this issue.
Are you using the USB-C to USB-C cable that shipped with our dock or are you using a third party cable? Be sure to use our included cable or the 4K port may not work as not all USB-C cables support the USB-C Alternate Mode video signal.
