Windows 10, Dell XPS, with Dual Monitor Not working

Hi,
I have the following devices:

  • Plugable TBT3-UDV
  • Dell-XPS13 Laptop
  • Windows 10 with recent updates
  • Two Dell Monitor 24" - P2418D

I have one monitor connected via DP to the DP on Plugable. This monitor is working fine.
The second monitor is connected via a DP to USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the Plugable. This monitor is not turning on at all. This is the cable that I’m using:

In my Windows, I already set up the Display setting to “Extend these displays”.

I appreciate any help.

I figured it out. It was a bad cable. I changed the cable and everything is working fine now.
