I’m having trouble connecting the nix capture card to streamlabs i tried to add a game capture and a video capture device but it won’t pull up to select. Anyone have any tips for me would be much appreciated.

- What is your Amazon Order ID for the Plugable NIX Capture Card?
- What device is being connected to the input port of the NIX Capture Card?
- Does the light on the top of the capture card turn on when everything is plugged in?
Lastly, please run our diagnostic program. It will gather device information and installation logs that will help me understand what may be happening.
