I purchased a new computer and need to transfer windows 10 to windows 11. The package does not mention windows 11, only windows 10 and prior versions of windows. Will it work, or do I need to return it? Also, I did not receive the product key by email. This was ordered through Amazon. How do I get the product key?

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Plugable forums! I can confirm that our USB-EASY-TRAN Transfer Cable is compatible with Windows 11. The release of Windows 11 was relatively recent so there are still units of this Transfer Cable with the older Windows 10 packaging.
Overall using the Bravura Easy Computer Sync software on Windows 11 is the same as on Windows 10. If you have any questions on how to use the software or its features feel free to message us again.
