I recently purchased USB to ethernet network adaptor.Installed the driver successfully and the coputer recognises the USB adaptor but was not finding WIFI networks to connect to though the workplace has WIFI connectivity.My Linksys AE 2500 USB driven adaptor receives signal sometimes week but othertimes strong enough.What could be the reason?

I’m afraid you may have purchased the wrong product. Our USB2-E100 and USB2-E1000 are for wired network connections- I Googled the Linksys AE 2500 and that was a wireless device, which ours is not. Please feel free to return through Amazon- unfortunately we do not offer any USB wifi adapters, sorry about that.
