Why so long in shipping my order?

Hi - I ordered a USB 3.0 hub at Amazon.com (102-3148209-5322612) last Saturday, and accepted the free shipping. However, I cannot understand why you have not shipped this item even after five days! Free shipping should not mean no shipping. Please ship my order. Thank you, Steve Fitzsimmons.

Thanks for posting here! We use Amazon Fulfillment Services, which means we warehouse and sell through the Amazon Marketplace and it is Amazon who handles all the shipping.They require the customer to contact them directly regarding issues like this.

If you can contact Amazon via https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contac… with the details of this order mentioning it is an Amazon FBA order, Amazon will move quickly on it and resolve the issue for you.

If they do not resolve the issue or you have trouble with it, please shoot us an email at support@plugable.com and let us know so that we can follow it up with them from our side too.
