I would like my money back. 4 month and its dead. All I get is a white screen. I unplug it from the USB adapter and plug my monitor to my video card so I know my monitor works.
We are extremely sorry that your Graphics Adapter has failed. I totally understand your frustration. I apologize for it!
I did send a reply to the email you sent to firstname.lastname@example.org about this issue. In order to send any replacements, we require the Amazon Order ID, the serial no (given on the back) of the device and the best address to send the replacement.
As soon as we receive this information, the replacement will be shipped to you.
