Thanks for posting. The product key uniquely matched to your Amazon order # was emailed to the email address registered with Amazon when the cable shipped.
You can always request that we re-lookup the product key and sent to you by emailing your Amazon order # to support@plugable.com. It’s only with the order # that we can look it up easily.
