Whenever I press the "m" or "," key on my new pluggable 104 key mechanical keyboard, they both are typed. Please help!

m and comma keys are being confused and so are the down and left arrows. Please help!

Just to make sure we can rule out any enumeration or connection based issues, would it be possible to disconnect the keyboard from your system, and directly connect it to another available USB 3.0 port after rebooting the system?
