When using TBT3-UDZ with Dell P2719h with HDMI the monitor flickers

When using TBT3-UDZ with Dell P2719h with HDMI the monitor flickers. When I remove and run via HMDI and j5create monitor functions without issue. Have older HP EliteDisplay E241j as secondary monitor using displayport and have no issues.
