When coming out of sleep mode in Win10, 2nd monitor displays incorrectly

I have Windows 10 installed.
When coming out of sleep mode, my 2nd monitor frequently displays incorrectly in that it commonly shows a smaller sized desktop, such as perhaps 2/3 size. It has also re-arranged all the icons on the desktop!

Hi Pete, thanks for posting! Sorry to hear of the scaling issues you are seeing coming out of sleep mode while connected to our dock.
