Plugable UD-3900 routinely stores an image from laptop. All systems have been eliminated as a cause. The only thing that removes this still image is to unplug device and reboot. We have more than a half dozen in use. Only one has this issue.

If a display attached to the dock continues to show a static image even when completely disconnected from the laptop, it most likely indicates a faulty unit. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘For ticket # 227369’ in the subject line so we can match things up, and please include the Amazon Order ID number for the unit so we can verify warranty status and get the replacement process started (please do not post this information in our public forum)
