my laptop webcam (acer Aspire E1-572) no longer works with GoToMeeting. When I try, gotomeeting it says “failed to initialize your webcam”. Any suggestions. Plugable UD-3900 rev B2 software 7.7.57957.0

The docking station should not be interfering with the integrated webcam in your laptop. A simple test to see if the dock is causing the issue would be to disconnect the laptop from the docking station and test the webcam again, and if possible also check if other programs (Skype as an example) besides GoToMeeting can access the camera.
