Wash Out issue on HDMI 2K Port

I have a HP Spectre x360 13.3 built in 4K display.
Im using two Viewsonic HDMI 1920 x 1080 monitors

On my ULTCDL:

  • One monitor is plugged into* the HDMI4K port and works perfectly fine
  • The second monitor is plugged into the HDMi2K port and is washed out. No adjustments make an impact.

I performed the driver update from Plugable. Looking for other suggestions.
