Warranty Period

We have 2 of P/N UGA-2K-A that we purchased for a client or ours returned to us as faulty, can you please advise your warranty period on this product?

Thanks for posting here! We have 1 year warranty on parts. But if you blieve the adapters you have are defective and you’re outside of the warranty period, just shoot us an e-mail at support@Plugable.com with your Amazon order ID, we’ll help however we can!
