Volume stops working on laptop when Plugable USB is inserted into USB port of laptop.

Volume turns off when the plugable USB is plugged into laptop with Windows 10. The volume will return and continue as normal as soon as I remove the USB from the laptop usb port. Nothing is done differently. (The volume is not adjusted or anything during this time period. The only difference is that I plug in the plugable into USB port on the side of my laptop.) Please help.

This sounds like it could be a driver issue.

Could you please run our diagnostic program? It will gather device information and installation logs that will help me understand what is happening.
