vMix 21 does not see the camera connected through NIX

vMix does not see camera connected through NIX Capture Card USB 3

PC runs Windows 10 Pro
NIX’s USB A connects to 3.1 USB port of the PC.
vMix v. 21
Windows did not see both Canon and Panasonic camcorders, so did vMIX.
Both cameras worked with Windows and vMix when connected through AverMedia Extremecap U3 CV710.

Just to make sure I have all of the right information, how are you connecting the capture card to your system, via the USB-A to USB-A cable, or the USB-C to USB-A cable?

What is the model number of the camera you are utilizing?
