Vizio Win10 Driver

Thanks for being here. I just received from you a Plugable Active DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter.
Wanting to setup my 2nd monitor, a Vizio monitor. BelArc.com reports this model:
VIZ D32h-C0 [Monitor] (32.3"vis, s/n LAUATBAR 0000, May 2015).

I got it working but I can’t seem to change the monitor resolution as Win10 doesn’t “uniquely” recognize the monitor.

Wondering if you can point me in the right direction for a device driver for this monitor?
