When I connect my Dell XPS 13 to the US-CAM dock my Asus monitor connects but at at 640x480 resolution and the all settings are grayed out. I have tried 2 machined, driver updates, reboots, and multiple cables.
Is this a know issue with the Docks or maybe the Dell’s?

For this particular issue, it would seem that there may be something happening with the HDMI cable that you’re using. If you happen to have an alternate HDMI cable, you may want to try that to see if it fixes the issue.
