Video and internet ports stopped working.

The internet and video ports no longer work so I need to plug these directly into my VAIO.

Could you connect the monitor to your VAIO via the graphics port on the dock, run the DisplayLink Support Tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/tools/dis…) and send us the .zip generated on the desktop as an attachment to support@plugable.com with your amazon order ID and a link to this thread?

This will give us an insight as to what is going on the software side and clues as to how to resolve the issue.
