I bought this docking station to connect 1 HDMI monitor and one VGA monitor. The HDMI monitor is working great. Using the adapter, I hooked the VGA monitor up to the dock and when connected it appears as display #3 in the rearrange displays window on my Windows 10 Surface 3 Laptop. I even have a few different sized VGA monitors to try, and by the size of the box that represents the monitor in the rearrange displays window, I have the feeling that the dock correctly knows the monitor is connected, but the monitor itself does not know it is connected and displays a “no signal” message and goes to sleep. Any thoughts on how to get my VGA monitor working? Thanks in advance!
