My new pluggable VGA Display Adapter isn’t working right. the PC recognizes the 3rd monitor, and the wallpaper displays with crystal clear resolution, but any window opened has issues. For instance - MS Outlook, or MS Excel. I’m not using the monitor for watching video or anything that requires high refresh rates. it’s just not filling in.
Since I have 3 monitors, I’ve tried using the pluggable adapter for different monitors, and the symptom only occurs on the monitor connected to the adapter.
is there some type of setting that should be checked/adjusted? is there anyone who will help troubleshoot? I have some screen grabs of the problem - blurred/swirled areas, and windows that are partially displayed if it would help to see…
