Just got usb 3.0 4k hdmi adapter from Amazon and having troubleshoot, latency is horrible very slow.
Having an HP 8300 sff with i7 3770 - HD4000 - 24gb on W10
Any solution?

Thanks for posting and I would be happy to help with your adapter.
One quick thing to mention is that our adapter supports a 30Hz refresh rate when used at 3840x2160 resolution, so the latency you mention may be due to the refresh rate not being the 60Hz that many are accustomed to. If you lower the resolution of the display temporarily to 1920x1080 does that help? When running at 1920x1080 the refresh rate will be 60Hz.
If the latency is still the same with the adapter running at 1920x1080@60Hz, our next step will be to examine some system logs to see if they indicate anything out of the ordinary.
