Hi, I bought your USB Type-C Ethernet Adapter USBC-E1000 model for my HP Spectre x360 15" 2017 laptop. But when I plug it in, nothing happens and Windows 10 doesn’t seem to be recognizing the adapter. Could you please help?

Does it matter which USB-C port on your Spectre you connect it to? Also are you making sure to push the connector in fully? Sometimes it takes a little extra effort to get it in the last 1mm before it engages.
