I am using the USBC-6950U on my 2023 Macbook Air M2 (Sonoma 14.0) and am currently extending my screens to two Samsung monitors (one of them being a 4K monitor). Currently, I have them both set at 1920 x 1080 resolution but for the 4K monitor, there is a noticeable sluggishness compared to the other monitor in terms of the refresh rate. Both have been set to 60 Hz and I believe I am operating within the capabilities of the product.
Looking at the other posts within this forum, I am worried about updating to the newest OS since I’ve finally found an adapter that works for my Macbook and I have seen there were issues for newer versions of Sonoma OS.
Is there a fix so that my 4K monitor isn’t so slow and actually refreshes at 60 Hz?
