Hi, just ordered a 6950 to use with an HP Docking station. The station has a 3.0 USB port but it’s not a USB-C, can an adaptor be used? USB-A Male to USB-C Female.
Hello, thanks for posting! We do not recommend using a USB-A to USB-C adapter for this connection. We manufacture a USB Type-A version of this adapter here –> https://www.amazon.com/Plugable-DisplayPort-Ethernet-Supports-3840x2160/dp/B075HM6YLZ and this would be recommended instead of a USB-A or USB-C adapter.
