USBC-6950-DP not working with Lenovo T480

Hello –
I just received your Plugable USB-C Dual 4K DisplayPort Adapter and it is not working.

I have it plugged into my Lenovo T480 with the Displaylink Manager driver loaded and updated and nothing. My laptop makes an audible noise when I plug and un-plug the device but no video. When I click on the Displaylink Manager Video Setup the window open but no sign that other displays are attached.
