When I connect the USB3-SATA-U3 to my PC I can see the device in the devices menu and in disk management, with a removable drive letter H assigned to it, see the image.

But, when I turn the USB3-SATA-U3 off, insert an SSD drive, even a drive that has been initialized, formatted, and assigned a drive letter, and turn it on, nothing shows up in Disk Management. Not even the previously mentioned drive letter, see this image. In this test I removed the G SSD and installed it in the USB3-SATA-U3 drive, and this is what I see in disk management.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’m using Windows 10 that is up to date with the most recent released updates. This happens with both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 cables attached to the dock and the computer.
