Hi there I tried to reset as per your instructions in the FAQ and this thread:

It doesn’t seem to be getting any power (no lights when plugging into 1 or 7) but the adapter is green and the unit is warm to touch.

If you’ve tried a power reset and the hub still isn’t activating, I should take a look at logs and see what’s going on.
