USB3-HDMI-DVI adapter. Packing says max resolution 2048x1152 yet the Amazon website and Plugable website show this as 2560x1440 what is correct??
Found this confusing as well - I saw the max resolution written differently on the packaging on this webiste and also on Amazon.
on this page it say can support dvi/vga at 1900 x 1200 which is what i need. However there is a sticker on the box that only says 1920 x 1080 so was wondering which one was right.
Hi Ike and Sean,
Good questions - thanks for asking!
The adapter does indeed support 2560x1440 via HDMI, and 1920x1200 via DVI. VGA is limited to 1920x1080.
This higher resolution was added from DisplayLink with a driver update. Prior to this recent update the resolution was limited to 2048x1152, which is why the packaging lists the previous specifications.
Thanks!
Gary
