USB3-3900dhe works intermittently with a Panasonic Toughbook CF-54 (Windows 10 Enterprise). Occasionally I can get it to connect and drive 2 HP ZR22w monitors via HDMI & DVI. Most of the time the computer just beeps a lot and DisplayLink Manager is connecting and disconnecting.
Just got it to work (this time), by connecting a USB2 hub to the USB3 port and then connecting the USB3-3899dhe to the hub.
Yesterday, the USB#-3900dhe worked in a USB3 port on the right side of the laptop (but not the USB3 port on the back).
