Usb won't work

Removed a usb connector and plugged in BCM20702AO. it will not connect

Thanks for your post! I’m sorry if one of our products is not working for you. This product identifier lines up with the chip that we and other’s use in a Bluetooth adapter. I would like to help you troubleshoot.

  1. Could you please send me the Amazon order number for our product? We use these order numbers to track support requests over the lifetime of the device.

  2. Could you run our diagnostic program? It will gather device information and installation logs that will help me understand what is happening.
