The USB-VGA-165 works fine when directly connected to a computer but does not when connected to the console of an IOGEAR GCS634U KVM switch. Evidently the USB ports for keyboard and mouse on this KVM are not fully compliant with the USB standard. IOGEAR’s tech support is not helpful on this problem. Do you know of any work-around on this?

Thanks for posting and sorry you’re having trouble with the USB-VGA-165 and the IOGEAR GCS634U.
Unfortunately we are not aware of a better workaround than what you already know - plugging the USB-VGA-165 directly to the computer.
