USB-Serial Adapter, Baud rate won't stay at 115200.

When trying to change the default baud rate from 9600 to 115200 is doesn’t stay after closing the window. It defaults back to 9600. Any help would be appreciated; Windows 7.

Can you tell what window and what procedure you are using to change the baud setting?
