USB Ports quit working

I have the UD3900 USB 3.0 docking station - It has worked fine since I set it up. I have two monitors, speakers, and several USB devices connected. Today, I switched out my work laptop with my personal laptop for a few hours. I then reconnected my work laptop. Initially, only one screen worked, and the resolution was bad - I powered down the work laptop, disconnected the docking station, unplugged all devices for 10 minutes, and hooked everything back up. Now both monitors and speakers work, but the USB ports don’t. What is the solution?

To help diagnose the issue, may I ask you to please keep the device connected to your laptop and everything still attached (even if not working as expected) and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug? → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug
