USB not working in Displaylink 3.0

I have a Displayling 3.0 docking station attached to my MacBook Air. It has been working successfully for some time and allows me to view 2 screens and attach a USB Logitech bluetooth receiver for keyboard and mouse. Suddenly the Logitech has stopped working when plugged into he hub and will only work when plugged straight into the laptop. Is there a way round this? I only have 2 ports in the MacBook which are used for the docking station and power so this doesn’t work well for me (unless I buy another hub!)

Hi Joan,

Thank you for contacting Plugable! I am sorry to hear that your docking station is not functioning as expected, and would be happy to provide additional support.

To help diagnose the issue, may I ask you to keep the dock connected to your laptop and keep everything still attached (even if not working as expected) and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug? → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

Once you have the logs, simply send an email to support@plugable.com with the subject line of “Ticket 371771” so that we can prioritize that case and match it to this inquiry.

If you could provide your Amazon Order ID (or other proof of purchase) associated with your Plugable device, I would be happy to check on your warranty status as well.

Thank you for giving us the chance to help!
