USB Microphone not detected through docking station

Hello,

I have a USB microphone that I was able to use while connected to my docking station for around 10 days. All of a sudden, the docking station stopped detecting the microphone; I’ve tried both USB2 and 3 ports with no luck, even when unplugging the power and reconnecting it. If I plug the device directly into the computer, it works just fine. I tested with a laptop and a desktop computer, and the behavior was the same.

Can you please send an email to our direct support email address (support@plugable.com) with “For ticket # 438897” in the subject line? In the email, please include the following information:

  1. The Amazon Order ID number for your docking station purchase
  2. While the docking station & microphone are connected to your PC (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug: https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

This information will help us to determine the next steps.
