USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned

Hello, I bought on January 26, 2020 a Plugable USB-C 4K Triple Display Docking Station a accouple months: Suddenly after a couple months of use I am getting a very annoying error and strange behaviors form the Docking station. The Network port and wireless mouse suddenly stopped working and got the error “USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned”. I unplugged everything and did a system restart but the error persisted.

This is what I bought:
Plugable USB-C 4K Triple Display Docking Station with Charging Support for Specific Windows USB C and Thunderbolt 3 Systems (1x HDMI and 2X DisplayPort++ Outputs, 5X USB Ports, 60W USB PD)

And here is the serial number K19-00546025

and here is my system’s information:
|OS Name|Microsoft Windows 10 Pro|
|Version|10.0.18362 Build 18362|
|System Name|LUIS-DPC|
|System Manufacturer|Dell Inc.|
|System Model|Precision 5540|
|System Type|x64-based PC|

What could be happening and how do I fix it?
